Three areas make up our vineyard:
"Les Matelles" north-west of Roubia,
"Sous le Pont" and "La Plaine" to the south-east,
"Les Rochers" to the south.
Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre are the red grape varieties in the Matelles, this twelve hectare area, ten of which are classified as AOC Minervois and offer us exceptional red wines.
Grenache blanc and Marsanne will give our white wines the authenticity of a unique terroir.
2021 sees the planting of two plots of Chardonnay with high quality potential which will be ready for tasting from 2023 ...
Sous le Pont et La Plaine
These ten hectares are made up of Viognier, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Colombard, Syrah and Merlot which are as many grape varieties as different wines. These IGP OC wines make the Languedoc Roussillon world famous.
Small plot of three hectares on which Syrah, Vermentino and Viognier rub shoulders. "Les Rochers" is an atypical micro-terroir of clay.
