Les Matelles

Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre are the red grape varieties in the Matelles, this twelve hectare area, ten of which are classified as AOC Minervois and offer us exceptional red wines.

Grenache blanc and Marsanne will give our white wines the authenticity of a unique terroir.

The rocks

Small plot of three hectares on which Syrah, Vermentino and Viognier rub shoulders. "Les Rochers" is an atypical micro-terroir of clay.
