Sous la Cabane

AOP Minervois Blanc 13%

Vermentino 40%, Viognier 40%, Grenache Blanc 20%

A fresh, lively and clear white wine with lemongrass and peach aromas to uncork without hesitation as an aperitif.

Its freshness will go perfectly with a seafood platter while its complexity and volume will allow it to accompany a sea bream or a grilled sea bass once the aperitif time has passed!

Sous la Cabane

AOP Minervois Rosé 13,5%

Grenache Gris 60%, Grenache Noir 30%, Syrah 10%

At the end of winter, from the first rays of sunshine, this rosé wine will satisfy your taste buds as much as your guests.

The power of its aromas of red fruits gives way, once in the mouth, to a balance between freshness and roundness, flavors of hazelnut with buttery notes then fill your palate.

To be enjoyed as an aperitif, with charcuterie, salads but above all with friends.

AOP Minervois Rouge 14,5%

Grenache 75%, Syrah 25%

A traditional red wine with a clear aroma of slightly candied black fruits and prunes are the sign of a beautiful Grenache...

Its structure is supple, its tannins are fine, which allows this wine to be tasted without qualms with grilled beef or offal, a blanquette of veal or a leg of lamb.

Le Clos des Matelles

AOP Minervois Rouge 14,5%

Mourvèdre 60%, Carignan 40%

The care and attention given to the oldest vines in the vineyard allows us to fill these bottles. This confidential cuvée of 1000L is the full expression of Matelles, a vineyard that expresses itself through a powerful structure that requires time:

Time to harvest, knowing how to wait for optimal maturity

Time to vinify, do not skimp on the daily work in the cellar

Time for aging and the time needed for everyone to best appreciate their tasting

This wine also surprises us with complex aromas of black fruit, morello cherry, chocolate, leather… and a tannic structure as powerful as it is round.

To be enjoyed at the end of the day if it was exhausting, or as an accompaniment to prime rib, duck breast, roast beef with morels...
